TSB Capital Advisors consulted on the first closing for P3+, the new joint venture involving Capstone Development Partners and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. This unique public-private partnership will result in a 228-unit, 438-bed on-campus student housing community at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington.
Cornish College of the Arts entered a ground lease with P3+ through a new program for universities seeking cost-effective private sector financing and development assistance. Terry & Lenora will replace approximately 250 beds of on-campus housing and will be delivered in time for the 2015-16 academic year.
